Position: Senior Telecaller
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: TB Clinic
Clinic Timings :11-8pm
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
Follow up with patients on a daily basis regarding appointments, treatment, and medication adherence.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, counsellors, and the clinic team to ensure smooth patient management.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments and maintain follow-up records.
Provide accurate information about TB services, treatment plans, and clinic facilities.
Address patient queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Maintain patient data and update follow-up details in the clinic management system.
Ensure timely communication with referred patients and encourage them to visit the clinic.
Prepare daily call reports and share follow-up updates with the reporting manager.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic protocols at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate support.
Good knowledge of MS Office and patient record management.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily follow-up targets.
Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
