Senior Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecaller (Female) with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding junior telecallers, handling escalated customer queries, and contributing towards achieving the team’s sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to clients.

• Guide and support junior telecallers in achieving daily calling targets.

• Maintain and update customer databases with details of interactions.

• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Handle escalated queries and resolve customer issues professionally.

• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to meet organizational targets.

• Achieve individual as well as team-based calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.

• 1–2 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship roles.

• Strong communication and persuasive skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati.

• Good knowledge of MS Office with good typing speed.

• Leadership skills to guide team members.
