Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, responding to inquiries/tenders, and promoting the full range of Company’s transformer products and services.

Job Specifications:
Education: Electrical Engineering
Experience Required: 2-5 years
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel regularly for client visits.
Experience from similar manufacturing Industry is required
Preferably from Maharashtra
This job will be in office job. The Executive may need to be on field at least 2 days in a week
Excel proficiency
Language proficiency: Read, Write, Speak – English, Hindi, Marathi
Detailed Job Description:
1. Lead Generation & Market Development
• Identify new clients (industries, utilities, EPCs, contractors) through cold calls, visits, networking, exhibitions.
• Research and track upcoming projects in infrastructure, industrial parks, electrical boards, etc.
• Build and maintain a customer database (CRM).
2. Inquiry Management & Quotation
• Handle inquiries and generate quotations with coordination from design and costing team.
• Submit offers in time with proper technical and commercial details.
• Follow up on submitted offers and convert them into orders.
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Resolve basic post-sales issues and coordinate with the service/support team for escalations.
4. Tender Participation
• Track government and private tenders.
• Coordinate with tender team to prepare and submit necessary documents.
• Monitor tender status and follow up on result/outcome.
5. Sales Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, customer visits, and status of inquiries.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with design, production, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
6. Market Intelligence & Feedback
• Collect competitor data: pricing, products, delivery lead time, quality feedback.
• Update management on changing market trends and customer demands.
