Senior Sales Executive – Insurance Telecalling

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote insurance products.
Explain and recommend suitable 2-Wheeler, 4-Wheeler, and Health Insurance plans.
Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert leads into successful sales.
Handle insurance renewals and maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance coverage, premiums, and benefits.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Support and guide junior sales team members when required.
Follow company sales processes and maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales / telecalling / telesales.
Experience in Motor Insurance or Health Insurance will be an added advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
Tamil communication is mandatory; English/Hindi will be an added advantage.
Candidates with proven sales performance will be preferred.
