Job Overview:

We are hiring energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto the IndiaMART platform through a combination of field visits and tele-calling. This is a performance-driven role that offers excellent incentives and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients and explain the benefits of listing on the IndiaMART platform.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.

Convince and onboard businesses to register on IndiaMART by highlighting features and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued use of the platform.

Meet assigned monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue.

Submit daily reports and keep CRM systems updated with activity details.

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Only Male candidates can apply

Age: 21 to 32 years

Education: Graduate or 3-year Diploma holders

Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with valid license

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
