About the Role
The Stardust Studio is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Support Executive who can deliver exceptional customer service, handle escalations efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, deliveries, and services.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related concerns.
Track and manage customer interactions using CRM or support tools.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and response timelines.
Assist in training and supporting junior customer support team members when required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Success roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or online retail brands.
Experience handling customer support through multiple channels (Calls, Emails, WhatsApp, Social Media).
Ability to manage customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
