Job Description

Senior Customer Support Executive

Company: The Stardust Studio
Location: Sector 19, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

About the Role

The Stardust Studio is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Support Executive who can deliver exceptional customer service, handle escalations efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, deliveries, and services.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through timely issue resolution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related concerns.

  • Track and manage customer interactions using CRM or support tools.

  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements.

  • Ensure adherence to company service standards and response timelines.

  • Assist in training and supporting junior customer support team members when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Success roles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or online retail brands.

  • Experience handling customer support through multiple channels (Calls, Emails, WhatsApp, Social Media).

  • Ability to manage customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
