Senior Counsellor

We are looking for a Senior Counsellor to join our team at Career Abroad Advisor to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Immigration. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints effectively.

• Provide accurate information regarding immigration processes, visa programs, documentation, and overseas opportunities.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-up activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.

• Guide clients through immigration procedures and documentation requirements.

• Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding process updates and pending documents.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

• Meet assigned performance targets and service quality standards.

• Support sales and counseling teams with client coordination and case handling.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th+ and 0 - 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
