The role offers ₹17,000 - ₹18,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Semi voice process/chat support. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
• Resolve customer issues within the defined TAT and process guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style with customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective support.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Rotational shift.
