Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)

Experience Required: 0 - 1 Years (Freshers Eligible)

Monthly Salary: ₹18,750 - ₹25,000 / month (₹2.25 LPA - ₹3.0 LPA)

Work From Home: No (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (Predominantly Night Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve customer queries and requests efficiently through non-voice channels (email/chat).

Provide accurate information and troubleshooting steps to customers within defined turnaround times (SLA).

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the database.

Strictly adhere to company policies, quality guidelines, and standard operating processes.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with excellent skills are welcome).

Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Availability: Must be an immediate joiner (ready to join this month).

Flexibility: Must be comfortable working a 5-day work week with rotational shifts, including predominantly night shifts.
