Job Description

Operations Executive – EdTech

We are looking for an organized and responsible Operations Executive to manage student onboarding, payments, schedules, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student onboarding and share class schedules.

  • Monitor payments and follow up on pending payments.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Support teams.

  • Address student queries and ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain student records and prepare reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • 0–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or a similar role.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

  • Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts.
