Job Description

Key Responsibilities:




● Manage onboarding and ongoing relationships with sellers across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Etsy.


● Act as a point of contact for sellers, resolving their issues and ensuring smooth operations.


● Optimize product listings, content, pricing, and promotions to enhance visibility and sales.


● Monitor seller performance metrics and ensure compliance with platform policies.


● Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, logistics, customer support) for seamless execution.


● Analyze sales trends and performance data to drive improvements and share actionable insights with sellers.


● Handle escalations professionally and maintain high seller satisfaction.


● Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, new features, and industry trends.



Requirements:


● 3–4 years of experience in seller account management on Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, or similar marketplaces.


● Strong understanding of platform operations, policies, and tools.


● Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English – verbal and written.


● Technically sound with the ability to navigate various seller tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.


● Proven ability to build relationships and handle multiple sellers or clients.


● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.




Preferred Qualifications:


● B.Tech, MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


● Experience with tools such as Excel, Seller Central, Shopify, etc.


● Prior experience in client-facing roles or account management.
