5 10 hours shift 10 :00 to 8 PM
6 Excellent with people management
7 Good understanding about Television & service management
8 Team player and can motivate the team , create positive environment
9 should be wanting to travel to meet ASP/sales dealers to understand service levels , Audit the service partners for spares & surrey support levels
10 Understand the operational cost & should be able to optimize the same
11 Solely responsible for the service levels & operational requirements in the given geography
12 Ability to respond to customer emails /Chats & WhatsApp
