1. Job Purpose

To monitor telecom infrastructure sites through the Security Operations Centre (SOC), track technical alarms, coordinate with field teams and ensure timely resolution of site-related issues.

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor telecom sites and infrastructure through SOC monitoring systems.

2. Monitor alarms related to power failures, battery issues, DG, SMPS, rectifiers and other electronic equipment.

3. Identify, analyse and report technical alarms and abnormalities.

4. Coordinate with field technicians and concerned departments for timely issue resolution.

5. Track site status and ensure proper alarm escalation.

6. Maintain daily monitoring reports, incident records and MIS.

7. Monitor site performance and follow up on pending issues.

8. Ensure proper communication and coordination with internal teams and customers.

9. Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per SOC requirements.

10. Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.

3. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (EC) is mandatory.

• Candidates from other engineering branches will not be considered for this specific requirement.

• Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

• Ability to work in a monitoring and operations environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

4. Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of telecom infrastructure.

• Understanding of SMPS, batteries, DG sets and power systems.

• Knowledge of alarm monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Basic knowledge of networking and monitoring tools.

5. Hiring Preference

• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

• Candidates serving notice period can also be considered if they can join shortly.

• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are welcome.
