Job Summary

Foster Kids Group Preschool is seeking a Teacher cum Assistant Counsellor who is passionate about early childhood education and child development. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and supporting children’s emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.

✅ Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.

✅ Observe children’s emotional and behavioral growth.

✅ Provide basic emotional support under the guidance of the senior counsellor.

✅ Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure holistic development.

✅ Maintain records and communicate student progress regularly.

Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field.

🧠 Knowledge of child psychology and counselling techniques (preferred).

👩‍🏫 Experience teaching preschool or kindergarten (preferred).

💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

❤️ Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.

NPTT (NEP-2020) trained candidates will be preferred.

Work Schedule

🕒 Timings: 9:00 AM – 15:00

📅 Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday off as per preschool requirement)
