Job Description

We are looking for a caring and responsible School Counsellor to support students with their academic, personal, social, and emotional development. The candidate should be approachable, patient, and able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling and guidance to students.

• Help students with academic and personal concerns.

• Identify students who may require additional support.

• Maintain appropriate records of counselling sessions.

• Communicate with parents and teachers when required.

• Conduct student guidance and awareness sessions.

• Support students in developing confidence, positive behaviour, and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous school counselling experience will be preferred.

• Patient, empathetic, responsible, and approachable personality.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle student concerns professionally.
