Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through telecalling, Email & social media.
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations
- Prepare and send quotations to Customers.
- Maintain and organize lead related documents.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails and calls.
- Input and update data in office systems and databases accurately.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are stored properly and
can be easily retrieved.
- Provide excellent service to clients and staff, addressing their needs and directing them to
appropriate resources or individuals.
- Assist with onboarding new customers by preparing necessary documentation and supplies.
- Provide general support to other team members, including assisting with special projects and ad
hoc tasks.
