Key Responsibilities
Handle travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & social media leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable group trips.
Explain packages, inclusions, itineraries, pricing and trip details.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth booking experience.
Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Sales or travel-industry experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply.
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and WhatsApp.
Knowledge or interest in travel and destinations is a plus.
Target-oriented and energetic personality.
