About the Role

TruForz is looking for a confident and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to connect with working professionals, introduce executive education and upskilling programs offered by reputed institutes, and identify interested prospects for the counselling team.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with professionals over phone calls, and be capable of understanding prospect requirements and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact working professionals through outbound phone calls to introduce executive education and upskilling programs.

- Communicate basic program information and highlight relevant learning opportunities to interested prospects.

- Understand prospects’ interests, requirements, and willingness to explore the programs.

- Identify qualified and interested candidates and coordinate with the counselling team for further discussions.

- Update call outcomes, prospect details, and follow-up statuses accurately in the CRM system.

- Maintain professional and courteous communication throughout all interactions.

- Meet daily calling, prospect engagement, and lead qualification targets as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in pre-sales, telecalling, lead generation, customer support, or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Comfortable speaking with working professionals over phone calls.

- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

- Good interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and a professional approach.

- Ability to understand prospect requirements and identify potential opportunities.

Training & On-the-Job Training (OJT)

- Completion of 7 days of mandatory OJT is required.

- Candidates who successfully complete the OJT and continue with the role will be eligible for payment from Day 1 of training.

- Failure to complete the OJT will result in discontinuation without payment.

Important Role Clarification

This is a Pre-Sales Executive position focused on initial prospect engagement and lead qualification. The executive will introduce relevant programs, assess prospect interest, and share qualified leads with the counselling team.

Admissions counselling and detailed program discussions will be handled by the senior team.
