Key Responsibilities
• Conduct cold calling to potential clients to generate leads for Demat and trading accounts.
• Explain the benefits and features of Demat and trading accounts to customers.
• Assist clients with the account opening process and documentation.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide support for trading-related queries.
• Achieve monthly targets for Demat account openings and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account activation.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Required Skills
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of stock market and Demat accounts
• Ability to handle sales targets
• Strong customer relationship management skills
