We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, playing a crucial role in our lead generation and sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, introduce our services, and qualify leads for our sales team.
Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database or leads list.
Introduce our company and services clearly and enthusiastically.
Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on a defined set of criteria.
Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain a detailed record of all calls and customer interactions in our CRM software.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales strategies.
Close the deals if possible on the call itself.
Proven experience as a telecaller, sales representative, or in a similar role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
A positive, resilient, and professional attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
