Position Overview :

Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Maintain a database of customer information and call records
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Fluent in Malayalam, English, Hindi , Tamil, Marathi

Qualifications:
Graduate (preferred)
