Make outbound calls to potential students and explain aviation course details.Handle incoming inquiries through calls, messages, and emails.Follow up with leads and maintain a daily report of calls and conversions.Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.Meet daily and monthly targets for admissions and follow-ups.Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams for smooth operations.---Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of English and Hindi (other regional languages a plus).Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).Prior experience in aviation or education telecalling preferred.
