Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to prospective clients to introduce SMT machines and services.
Identify and understand the client’s requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Generate and nurture leads through calls, follow-ups, and referrals.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the system.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Gain in-depth knowledge of SMT machines to effectively communicate features and benefits.
Address client queries and objections confidently.
Assist in sending promotional materials, proposals, and quotations to clients.
