Reporting to: Sales Manager & General Manager – Sales & Service (For Corporate SC)
Responsibilities:
• Effective Enquiry Management
• Lead Generation through prospecting
• Address Customer queries and provide desired resolution
• Product Demonstration - Demonstrate product features & their benefits as per customer's need
• End to end sales process management in compliance with guidelines to drive customer
• satisfaction
• Customer Home Visits and providing test drives to customers
• Corporate/Customer Relationship Management
Experience: 2+ years of relevant Automotive experience.
