We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for Thachar Decors in Chennai at our Avadi location. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 1 - 6+ years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Tamil. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
