• Handle query calls of customer professionally and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

This role welcomes freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the Customer Support / TeleCaller field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in Hindi . You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass and the candidate should be comfortable working 6 days working during the Day shift.
