Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Maintain records of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
Ability to handle customers calmly and politely
Problem-solving mindset
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Prior customer support or call center experience
Multilingual skills are a plus
Ability to work in shifts
