 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile phones, laptops, and accessories

• Provide detailed product information and comparisons to help customers make informed decisions

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tech trends, models, and features

• Handle billing, invoicing, and POS transactions accurately

• Ensure proper display and stock levels of products on the sales floor

• Follow up with customers for feedback and after-sales support

• Collaborate with team members to plan promotions and upsell opportunities

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for technology and gadgets

• Prior experience in retail of selling laptop/mobiles preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with billing systems

• High school diploma or equivalent.
