Job Description:
ProVLogic VLSI Career Center is looking for a Sales Counselor who can guide students and convert leads into enrollments for our VLSI training programs. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, passionate about helping students build careers, and capable of handling inbound leads and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns and student inquiries
Explain course details, career opportunities, and program benefits to students
Conduct counseling calls and follow-ups with prospective students
Convert qualified leads into course enrollments
Maintain and update lead information in CRM or tracking sheets
Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for smooth onboarding of students
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Required Skills:
0–2 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or telecalling
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, Telugu, or English)
Ability to build trust with students and parents
Basic understanding of sales process and lead follow-up
Target-oriented mindset
Preferred:
Experience in EdTech / training institute sales
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
