Job Overview: We are looking for a Relationship Executive to support customer communication and service coordination. The role involves interacting with clients, addressing queries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. This position is suitable for freshers as well as early career professionals seeking growth in a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat
Provide clear and timely information to clients
Follow up on service requests and unresolved issues
Coordinate with internal teams for efficient service execution
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital tools
Ability to work from the Koramangala office
