Job Title: Sales Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive who can efficiently manage IndiaMART leads, sales coordination activities, and e-commerce panels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into sales while effectively coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: IndiaMART Lead Management: Handle and respond to IndiaMART inquiries promptly Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales Maintain proper records of leads and follow-up status Sales Coordination: Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch Ensure timely execution of orders and customer satisfaction E-commerce Panel Handling: Manage and update product listings on e-commerce portals Monitor orders, returns, pricing, and inventory on seller panels Handle customer queries and ensure smooth online sales operations Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Address customer concerns and provide post-sales support Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline Experience in handling IndiaMART portal Knowledge of e-commerce seller panels Good communication in English and Hindi negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email, Proforma Invoice and basic computer applications Ability to multitask and work independently Experience: 1.5-3 years experience in Paper, Packaging and allied industries.
