Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through online marketing campaigns, site visits, broker networks, and referrals.
Handle inquiries, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into property buyers.
Market residential and commercial projects through social media, digital ads, branding activities, and offline campaigns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and agencies for sales collaborations.
Prepare sales presentations, project brochures, and promotional materials.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Organize and participate in property expos, events, and road shows to maximize project reach.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
0–5 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions is an added advantage.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
