Job Description

Job Title: Pick-Up & Delivery Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver clothes to customers as per the daily schedule.

  • Inspect garments for stains, damage, and special care requirements before pickup.

  • Weigh clothes and inform customers about service charges before accepting orders.

  • Record customer details, order information, and payments accurately.

  • Handle cash, UPI payments, and pending payments.

  • Coordinate with store staff regarding pickups, deliveries, and order status.

  • Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of clothes.

  • Communicate politely with customers and resolve basic service-related queries.

  • Follow up on pending pickups, deliveries, and payments.

  • Submit daily reports of pickups, deliveries, and collections.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving licence and knowledge of local routes.

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.

  • Punctual, honest, and responsible.

  • Previous delivery or laundry service experience preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month (depending on experience).

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM,

Job Location: LaundryTO Bhopal, Near Aura Mall, Bhopal.
