Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
Client Handling: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients; act as the main point of contact for all client communication.
Business Explanation: Present and explain the company’s products/services to prospective clients clearly and convincingly.
Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely payment collection and proper documentation.
Market Analysis: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipelines, and performance dashboards.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management roles

Timely payment collection and deal closure rate
