Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our overseas education sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams across multiple branches, driving revenue growth, and achieving organisational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales operations across 3+ branches
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
Train, guide, and motivate the sales team
Handle high-value clients and ensure conversions
Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation
Track market trends and competitor activities
Ensure effective follow-ups and CRM management
Prepare and present sales reports to management
Candidate Requirements:3 to 5 years of experience in Sales (Education/Service Industry preferred)
Proven experience in a leadership/managerial role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and branches
Target-driven mindset with leadership abilities
Knowledge of overseas education process is an added advantage
