POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated, performance‑driven, and professionally oriented Sales Executive / Investment Sales Consultant to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, lead management, investment consultation, relationship development, and revenue generation. This role requires strong communication skills, consultative selling capability, and a target‑oriented mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with prospective clients through calls, meetings, consultations, and follow‑ups.• Understand customer investment objectives and recommend suitable opportunities aligned with their goals.• Generate, qualify, and manage leads effectively through the complete sales lifecycle.• Present company offerings, project portfolios, and investment propositions professionally.• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.• Drive sales closures while consistently achieving assigned revenue and performance targets.• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities.• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth documentation and onboarding processes.• Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to strengthen sales strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.• 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate Sales, Investment Advisory, or related domains.• Exceptional freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
