Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of visa sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and conversions to ensure consistent results.
Manage team scheduling, attendance, and adherence to processes.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive international visa sales for B2C clients through outbound/inbound calls, email, and digital platforms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Assist team members in closing high-value or complex sales deals.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel-related services (e.g., insurance, holiday packages).
Customer Experience & Service
Ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries, documentation, and visa application submissions.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Track and report sales performance, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics to management.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
Collaborate with operations, documentation, and quality teams to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in B2C international visa sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of international visa processes (tourist).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure, manage a team, and resolve escalations effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the travel and tourism industry (B2C sales).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to drive team performance through motivation and accountability.
