Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales professional with experience in the building materials industry, specifically plywood/laminates. The candidate should have strong connections with architects, interior designers, and contractors, along with hands-on experience in handling project sales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project sales through architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects & design consultants for product specification.
Generate leads from ongoing and upcoming residential & commercial projects.
Conduct product presentations and site visits to influence brand selection.
Coordinate with dealers/distributors for order execution and project closures.
Track competitor activity and market trends in plywood/laminate segment.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements
Experience in Project Sales (Plywood / Laminates / Building Materials)
Strong network with Architects & Interior Designers
Good understanding of specification selling
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage B2B sales and institutional clients
Preferred Background
Companies: Greenply, CenturyPly, Merino Laminates, Action Tesa, etc.
Experience: 2–6 years in project/institutional sales
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
