Sales Executive

Job Overview

A Sales Executive at YT Overseas is responsible for generating leads, promoting the company’s services (often related to overseas education, visas, or immigration consulting), and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients interested in overseas opportunities (study, work, or migration).

• Counsel customers about available services, countries, and processes.

• Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, or in-person meetings.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and application processes.

• Keep records of client interactions and update CRM systems.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English + Telugu usually preferred).

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.

• Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications

• Any graduate (preferred, but sometimes flexible).

• Prior experience in sales, especially in overseas consultancy, is a plus.

Work Environment

• Office-based role in Guntur.

• May involve calling and meeting clients.

• Performance-based incentives are often included.
