VS Astrologers and Healers LLP is looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer communications, confirming orders received through our Shopify website, coordinating with the logistics team, and following up with customers who have abandoned or incomplete checkouts to maximize sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Confirm and verify customer orders received through our Shopify website.
✔ Contact potential customers and convert pending or abandoned checkouts into successful orders.
✔ Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
✔ Handle customer inquiries regarding products, payments, shipping, and order status.
✔ Maintain customer records and update order information accurately.
✔ Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
✔ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

✔ Female candidates preferred.
✔ Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates will be preferred).
✔ Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.
✔ Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, Shopify Order Management, or E-commerce Sales will be an added advantage.
✔ Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply.
✔ Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and internet applications.
