Customer Support Sales Executive

UshaChand Softech is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell CRM & ERP, an AI-powered business management platform designed for Real Estate.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy meeting clients, and be passionate about building business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.

• Meet business owners, builders, developers and corporate clients.

• Understand customer requirements and identify business needs.

• Schedule product demonstrations with the technical/product team.

• Follow up with prospective clients until deal closure.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.

• Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets.

• Build long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in client interactions and presentations.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
