We are looking for:

Dynamic and stable Financial Counsellors  with strong face-to-face sales experience to work from partner hospitals. This is not a tele-calling or call center role — we need mature professionals who can communicate directly with patients and guide them through financial options at the hospital.

Candidate Criteria:

·       Minimum 2-3 years of relevant field sales or direct sales experience B2C (Telecalling, telesales, customer care backgrounds will not be considered)

·       Minimum age: 25 years

·       Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

·       Must have a pleasing personality and good communication skills

·       Should be comfortable working inside hospitals in a patient-facing role

·       Must have demonstrated job stability in past roles

·       6-day working week

CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA (based on experience and location)
