Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Catcher to join our site sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers visiting our project site. Your goal is to "catch" walk-in inquiries, create a powerful first impression, provide a brief but compelling project overview, and ensure the lead is successfully transitioned to the Senior Sales Managers for closing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement: Proactively greet and welcome walk-in customers at the project site or experience center.

Project Pitching: Provide a high-impact "elevator pitch" about the project, including its USP (Unique Selling Points), location advantages, and amenities.

Site Tours: Conduct guided tours of the sample flat, site layout, and construction progress for prospective buyers.
