Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:

  • Greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere. 

  • Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing product information. 

  • Recommending products and suggesting suitable options based on customer needs. 

  • Processing sales transactions, handling payments, and issuing receipts. 

  • Handling customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally. 

• Sales & Promotion:

  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to team goals. 

  • Promoting sales, special offers, and loyalty programs. 

  • Cross-selling and upselling products to enhance the customer experience. 

• Store Operations:

  • Maintaining the store's visual appearance, including displays and cleanliness. 

  • Restocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring products are readily available. 

  • Staying informed about product features, promotions, and store policies. 

  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations. 

Skills and Qualifications:
