Key Responsibilities:
Present and explain company offerings, services, and franchise model using well-designed PowerPoint presentations to potential clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, ensuring timely communication via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, and technical teams to move leads forward in the pipeline.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems and Excel.
Support sales leadership by preparing pitch decks and proposal materials as needed.
Assist in onboarding new clients/franchisees by ensuring all steps are followed post-signup.
Participate in review meetings and give updates on lead status and client communication.
