Timely billing during peak hours

Customer satisfaction and repeat visits
Product knowledge and correct guidance to customers
Complaint handling and quick resolution
Operational KPIs:
Stock verification and inventory management
Maintaining showroom cleanliness and product display
Coordination with team members and reporting to manager
