Sales Executive

We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team Shree Ambica Auto Sales & Service . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of In Hand Salary.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

·         Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

·         Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

·         Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

·         Making recordings of all sales phone calls and sales deals.

·         Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

·         Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.

·         Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievance, and suggestions on time.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graducation and Frasher. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
