Role Overview

You will be responsible for promoting SBI credit cards at Apollo Pharmacy outlets and various external locations. The role includes customer interaction, product pitching, lead generation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Engage customers at pharmacy outlets to pitch credit card offerings.

• Explain benefits, features, eligibility, and usage.

• Complete KYC documentation and maintain visibility for the brand.

Field Sales:

• Visit homes, offices, and local businesses to generate leads.

• Conduct cold calls, referrals, and follow-ups on potential leads.

Operational:

• Maintain records of interactions and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and customer onboarding.

• Ensure regulatory and KYC compliance.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: 6 months–2 years in credit card or financial product sales
  (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)

• Skills Needed:
  

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Persuasion and negotiation abilities

  • Confidence in direct customer engagement

  • Goal-driven and self-motivated

  • Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month

• Bonus Structure:
  

  • ₹500 per candidate sourced

  • Double variable pay for hitting CV target (20 resumes/month)
