Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Credit Card Sales Executives to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling credit card products through both in-store (Apollo Pharmacy) and field sales channels. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, customer onboarding, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.

• Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.

• Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.

Field Sales:

• Visit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement.

• Follow up on potential leads and close sales within Turn Around Time (TAT).

Operational:

• Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Confidence in direct customer engagement.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹18,000 to ₹24,000.

• Incentives up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance.
