Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Generate new business opportunities through effective communication.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain records of interactions and follow up with potential clients.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in handling customer queries and calls.

• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM tools preferred).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Prior experience in sales/telecalling will be an added advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
